大赛简介 / Competition Overview
第二届“牡丹花都”全球AI创作者大赛以“牡丹花都·AI见洛阳”为主题，面向全球AI创作者征集以洛阳文化为核心的AI数字作品。大赛旨在推动“文化+科技”深度融合，用人工智能技术焕新河洛文化、历史遗产与非遗技艺，探索传统文化现代表达的新路径，打造具有国际影响力的AI创作交流平台。
The 2nd "Peony City" Global AI Creators Competition, themed "Peony City · AI Visions of Luoyang," invites AI creators worldwide to submit digital artworks centered on Luoyang's culture. This competition aims to promote the deep integration of "culture + technology," using artificial intelligence to revitalize Heluo culture, historical heritage, and intangible cultural heritage skills. It seeks to explore new pathways for the modern expression of traditional culture and build an internationally influential platform for AI creative exchange.

参赛赛道与要求 / Categories & Requirements
01.AI艺术海报（AI图像类）
参赛者利用AI绘图工具或自研算法生成以洛阳文化、历史遗迹、城市建设、自然风光为主题的高清图片作品，展现洛阳作为古都的深厚底蕴和独特魅力。
作品要求：
- 显示牡丹元素，准确传达洛阳特色。
- 图片清晰度高，具有较高的审美价值和传播价值。
- 提交作品时需附带简要的技术说明和创意阐述。
- 尺寸1080p以上，风格不限，参赛者每人最多投5张。
02.AI洛阳故事（AI视频类）
参赛者制作与洛阳历史文化、城市特色、文旅资源、历史传说等相关的AI视频作品，不限风格、题材，讲述洛阳的故事，展现洛阳的风貌。
作品要求：
- 显示牡丹元素，准确传达洛阳特色。
- 运用AI技术生成影像素材进行叙事创作。
- 视频时长1-3分钟左右，1080p及以上，剪辑流畅，具备较强的视觉冲击力和情感共鸣。
03.AI河洛非遗（AI视频类）
参赛者以洛阳非遗为创作灵感，制作相关的AI视频作品，不限风格、题材。
作品要求：
- 显示洛阳非遗元素。
- 运用AI技术生成影像素材进行叙事创作。
- 视频时长1-3分钟左右，1080p及以上，剪辑流畅，具备较强的视觉冲击力和情感共鸣。
（注：单人可同时参与多个赛道，图片最多投5张，视频投稿数量不限。）
CATEGORIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Peony Capital
01.AI Art poster (AI Image)
Description: Participants use AI drawing tools or self-developed algorithms to create high-definition images themed around Luoyang's culture, historical sites, urban development, or natural scenery, showcasing the city's profound heritage and unique charm as an ancient capital.
Requirements:
- Must feature peony elements, accurately conveying Luoyang's characteristics.
- Images must be high-resolution with significant aesthetic and communicative value.
- Submissions must include a brief technical description and creative concept.
- Minimum resolution 1080p, any style is acceptable. Each participant may submit up to 5 images.
02.AI Stories of Luoyang (AI Video)
Description: Participants create AI-generated videos related to Luoyang's history, culture, urban features, cultural tourism resources, historical legends, etc., telling the story of Luoyang and showcasing its charm in any style or theme.
Requirements:
- Must feature peony elements, accurately conveying Luoyang's characteristics.
- Utilize AI technology to generate video materials for narrative creation.
- Video duration: 1-3 minutes, resolution 1080p or higher, with smooth editing and strong visual impact and emotional resonance.
03.AI Intangible Cultural Heritage of Heluo (AI Video)
Description: Participants create AI-generated videos inspired by Luoyang's intangible cultural heritage, in any style or theme.
Requirements:
- Must feature elements of Luoyang's intangible cultural heritage.
- Utilize AI technology to generate video materials for narrative creation.
- Video duration: 1-3 minutes, resolution 1080p or higher, with smooth editing and strong visual impact and emotional resonance.

特别声明 / Special Notice
- 参赛作品版权属创作者所有；在保留作者署名权的前提下，主办方对获奖作品拥有宣传、展览、出版等非商业用途的使用权。
- 作品须原创，侵权责任由参赛者承担。
- 最终解释权归主办方所有。
- 所有AI生成作品需在显著位置标注“本作品由AI生成”或使用统一角标。
- Copyright: Copyright of the submitted works remains with the creators. However, while retaining the author's attribution rights, the organizers reserve the right to use winning works for non-commercial purposes such as promotion, exhibition, and publication.
- Originality: All works must be original. Participants are solely responsible for any infringement issues.
- Interpretation: The organizers hold the final right of interpretation for this competition.
- AI Labeling: All AI-generated works must be clearly marked with "This work was generated by AI" or use a standardized corner marker.
