大赛简介

洛阳，一座承载五千年华夏文明的历史名城，素有“牡丹花都”美誉。为弘扬古都文化、推动科技与人文融合，“牡丹花都”洛阳全球AI创作者大赛面向全球AI创作者征集创新作品，以AI技术重新诠释神都洛阳的历史底蕴与现代魅力，助力文化产业创新发展。

洛阳AI大赛介绍

参赛赛道与要求

赛道一：AI绘画

主题：以洛阳文化、历史遗迹、城市建设、自然风光为核心，融入牡丹元素。

要求：尺寸1080P以上，格式为JPG、PNG，风格不限，每人限投5张；需附技术说明与创意阐述；兼具审美价值与传播力。

赛道二：AI视频

主题：讲述洛阳故事，展现城市风貌（纪录片、动画、短片等形式均可)。

要求：时长1-3分钟，需使用AI技术（场景生成、动画设计等)；提交创作思路、AI技术说明及演示文档；画质优良，剪辑流畅，情感共鸣强。

赛道三：AI未来场景设计

主题：以“颠覆性创意、沉浸式体验”理念，设计洛阳未来城市、文旅等场景。

要求：AI生成3D效果图(1080P以上)，每人限投3张；需附创意说明，突出古今融合特色；符合新文旅发展理念。

Introduction to the Contest

Luoyang, a historic city that bears the weight of five thousand years of Chinese civilization, is renowned as the "Peony Flower Capital". To promote the ancient capital's culture and foster the integration of technology and humanities, the "Peony Flower Capital" Luoyang Global AI Creator Contest invites innovative works from AI creators worldwide. Using AI technology, participants will reinterpret the historical depth and modern charm of the divine city of Luoyang, boosting the innovative development of the cultural industry.

Work Collection: March 1st - March 20th, 2025
Work Evaluation: March 21st - March 25th, 2025
Work Announcement: March 25th - March 30th, 2025
Award Ceremony and Cultural Tourism Experience Event: April 5th - April 6th, 2025
Online and Offline Exhibition of Works: April 5th - April 14th, 2025

Contest Tracks and Requirements

Track 1: AI Painting
Theme: Focusing on Luoyang's culture, historical sites, urban construction, and natural scenery, incorporating peony elements.
Requirements: Size above 1080P, format JPG or PNG, style unrestricted, limit of 5 entries per person; technical explanation and creative elaboration required; must possess both aesthetic value and communicative power.

Track 2: AI Video
Theme: Telling the story of Luoyang and showcasing the city's landscape (documentaries, animations, short films, etc. are all acceptable).
Requirements: Duration of 1-3 minutes, must use AI technology (scene generation, animation design, etc.); submit creative ideas, AI technology explanations, and presentation documents; excellent picture quality, smooth editing, and strong emotional resonance.

Track 3: AI Future Scene Design
Theme: Designing future urban and cultural tourism scenes in Luoyang with the concept of "disruptive creativity and immersive experience".
Requirements: AI-generated 3D renderings (above 1080P), limit of 3 entries per person; creative explanation required, highlighting the integration of ancient and modern elements; aligning with the new cultural tourism development concept.
